3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are quoted in USD, JPY, or PHP and are subject to change without notice
• A downpayment may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be completed before tour departure unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
• No-shows will not be refunded

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Valid passport and visa documentation is the traveler's responsibility
• Travelers must comply with all local laws and customs
• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

6. Limitation of Liability

JAPAN TOURS INTERNATIONAL shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of JAPAN TOURS INTERNATIONAL and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Modifications

Refund Policy
